Because of this, we have a no returns policy for change of mind, in line with EU consumer law.
- No Returns on Cut Fabric
All fabrics and materials sold by us are cut to order and are therefore custom-made to the customer’s specifications.
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
